Meet the Counselors

Mrs. Kelly Fields
I have always known that I wanted to be in a profession where helping people was the main goal. It was during my high school years when I realized that school counseling was exactly what I wanted to do with my life. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UConn where I was also a member of the track and field team. I was lucky enough to receive my Master’s degree in Educational Psychology with a concentration in School Counseling from the same university. I will be working with students in 9th, 11th and 12th grades whose last names start with H-O and with 10th graders whose last names start with H-R. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me if you have any questions or concerns. My email address is [email protected] and my phone number is 860-684-4233 ext. 61051.

Mr. Phil Gascon

I was working as an In-School Suspension Supervisor in another district when I realized that I wanted to work and assist students in a different way. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Communication from Stonehill College, and then my Master's degree in School Counseling from Saint Joseph's College (now known as the University of Saint Joseph). This is currently my 8th year at Stafford High School, and I currently work with 9th-12th grade students whose last names start with A - G. Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me at [email protected] or by phone at 860-684-4233 ext. 61033.

Prior to joining Stafford High School, Ms. Noivadhana worked as a School Counselor for EASTCONN’s Quinebaug Middle College (1 year) and Arts at the Capitol Theater (8 years), which are both magnet schools. Ms. Noivadhana is extremely excited to be part of Stafford High School and looks forward to assisting the students throughout high school and thereafter.
